Whats the need for 5ml or more of b12? What type of colbalamin (methyl, cyano)are you using? I get it in 5000mcg/ml, and never use more than .2ml per day.

OP get some methylcolbalamin, and do the injections yourself.

Cyanocobalamin 1000mcg per ml. No need really. I generally will only use 2 or 3 ml every now and than.

Or just buy these and cut out the injections. If you're into blood work you'll find they work great:

"Jarrow Formula Methyl-B-12" via Amazon or wherever.

Kel, can you elaborate on how great these work? I'm assuming you take this? A little information on the effects would be appreciated. I'm very interested.

I tested to have real low b12 levels, and tried multiple oral/sublingual versions. None of them brought my levels up. So I started using an injectable form, and my levels came up.

Jstone, what kind of effects did you feel after starting your B12 routine? Better energy? Better sleep? I'm looking to start supplementing with B12 for energy and focus. Do you think this would help me out?

Well, my levels came up above range once implemented. I'll see if I can find the BW. It's older now but will look.

After the first few weeks I didnt notice much, but the first couple weeks I felt more energy, and had a slightly better appetite. I haven't gone more than a few days without it so I could still have the energy, but its not as noticeable as when I first started. One effect was the b12 made my carpel tunnel go away. I looked into it and b12 is a treatment for carpel tunnel. I have been feeling off lately, from reading posts from kel kel, and a couple others I think I need to start some hcg , dhea, and pregnolone. I think if I were to stop the b12 it would be much worse.

kelkel my doctor said there is a condition where some people cant absorb b12 from diet or oral supps, but the injectable bypasses it and goes directly into the blood. Im not sure if inever tried the brand you listed, but I tried whatever I could find locally. We have a great health food store that carries lots of good brands, so I tried a few that they had. I might try the jarrow you listed, because that would cut down on injections. Which im growing tired of all of them.
