    Question How do I go from CUTTING to BULK (clean)

    Hey Guys,

    Current Stats:
    Height 5ft 8"
    Weight 157.6 lbs
    BF% 9.75 (calipers)
    Training experience on/off for past 10 years.

    I'm preparing for my third cycle in a few months time, I've been cutting BF% to get to a decent figure.
    Original Weight and BF on 11th March 2016 was 164.2 lbs and approx 13.5% BF.

    My Cutting Progress:

    As you can see my progress has started to plateau, I wanted a sixpack, I can see my upper abs now, but unsure if I should continue cutting or start bulking? advice?
    Currently I'm eating 1,800 cal per day at a macro ration of carb 20%, protein 45% and fat 35%. Eating 6 times per day clean and training on the weights 3 times per week, also training abs on 2 off days, and cardio too.

    How do I now start clean bulking? How do I change my diet so I don't pile fat on? I basically want to clean bulk before my 2nd cycle of Test E / Dbol.

    I think you're getting a overly concerned about numbers.

    If you're training for looks then it shouldn't matter what the scale or caliper reeds.

    You said your goal was a 6 pack and you would like to do a clean bulk. So I think you should drop some more BF before cycling.

    Continue cutting until you can see your bottom abs, that should put you around 8-9%.

    Doing this should give you a 6 pack for the whole cycle until finishing PCT.

    If you're plateauing then that's your body telling you to switch things up.

    Try fasted cardio first thing in the AM, or run a keto for a few weeks.

    Now if you choose not to lose anymore weight and wish to clean bulk then begin eating 3-500 calories over your TDEE.

    This means solid meals you make yourself and no more than one protein shake per day.

    3rd cycle at 160 lbs?? What a waste of oil.

    The answer to the question in title is to eat more, alot more your case, unless of course you are a marathon runner.

    Yes this refers to cycles I done years ago, then fell away from the gym. Hence my idea to get back into shape. The new cycle will be no time soon, I aim to get BF around 8 prior to this.

    Unlike anytime in the past, I've finally noticed that DIET is everything!! Not the juice alone as a wonder drug!

    So yeah, for cardio can I do a half hour run/job or is that not intense enough or HIIT.
