puting your testosterone ample in hot water for a few min to make it easer to inject will the heat hurt the gear

its possible. just use a 23guage 1 inch pin and it will inject just fine. forget all that BS bro.

the main thing is I have already put 2 amples in the hot water so did I ruin them

probably not, but it could weaken them. i use an 18 gauge pin to draw out all of my gear, then change to a 23 gauge for injections.
