Hi Guys,
I started my cycle of dbol 30mg a week for 5weeks plus sustanon 500mg a week and eq 600 a week, my question is so far I have only gained like 9lbs which when I checked this morning was all gone thru out the day I eat a lot,
5eggs protein shake oatmeal and PB sandwich for breakfast
Chicken breast cup of rice for lunch
Post work out shake
Chicken or Steak with cup of rice after workout
Fish or turkey cup of rice for next meal
Before bed shake with milk cottage cheese
This is my diet so far no sugars gallon of water a day, dbol has given me good strength slowed me down in boxing and the sustanon has given me a rash on my thigh..... All in all not really enjoying my cycle haven't felt amazing like everyone states, my weight gains just die off and are not holding.... And spent all this money on eating, what do you think I am doing wrong or what should I tweak??? Thanks
