help...im 45 and on my first test cycle and having problems

I have taken cycles of just anavar for a few years and never had any problems.

I am 45 and now and now doing my first ever cycle of test c.
I am in week four of a test c/500mg and per week and anavar/50per day.

A few days ago my nipples started to get sore and swollen while my balls are shrinking.
It was my understanding that u dont start a PCT until after a cycle but some people say different.
I would like to stop the test cycle and just continue with the anavar.
I do have nolvadex but have not taken any.
here are my questions
can i stop the test and just continue with anavar or do i stop both?
do i take nolvadex or was i supposed to take it while test?
i want to just continue with anavar so do i take the nolvadex and how much?
Should i stop test and anavar at the same time and take nolvadex and how much?

Im a little scared right now and dont know what to do? any help ill be appreciated

yes lots of research and unfortuanley it all seems conflicting.
I bought the nolvadex along with the test c to use post cycle.

Nothing to be afraid of. Its normal symptom. Balls are shrinking cause you are being shut down. Your nipples are sore cause of estrogen increase.
You should run an ai with your test.
Var is suppressive aswell.
Stop both. Start nolva/clomid in 10 days. 40 20 20 20/100 50 50 50. Rest a bit. Then trim down with a litle sarmsbridge and do it all over again with Aromasin and hcg

And in this research you didnt find what Sil stated about ball shrinking, the need for an aromataze inhibitor and that anavar is supressive as well??

You are calling yourself a liar when you say done lots of research and then get surprised when your balls shrink lol

Steroids is a serious thing and can mess you up if you dont know what you are doing, im just trying to point that out to you and all the ppl reading.

weight
bodyfat
years of training experience

Don't complain when somebody gives you tough love because you were unprepared. In this case your response was quite telling of your attitude and abilities.

Your balls started shinking and your estrogen is rising so you got some nipple symptoms. This is a normal bodily response to using Testosterone.
You are "a little scared right now". This indicates that you have done little research and are unprepared.

You should discontinue use of any compound (steroid) and follow a proper post cycle therapy protocol.

You didn't do any research or you would not have had the problems as you describe. The most basic search would have allowed you to avoid these problems, so when you are called on it stop acting like a weenie and do your research. Steroids aren't like flintstone vitamins...

I sometimes wonder how (and why) some of the vets here keep answering the same questions over and over.

- First cycle is test only. Read Ender's link to see why. Set it up properly and do it properly, and you (likely) won't see these issues. If you do, you will know why.
- Anavar alone will shut down your HPTA. Did you run a PCT when you ran those cycles?
- Do you have a high bodyfat level?
- Do you understand the reason you need an AI?

Listen to these guys and stop everything. Do your PCT, get your bloodwork, and if you run another cycle set it up properly. Read the stickies, ask questions. All your answers for all your questions are on this site. It's steroid information heaven if you look hard enough.

I have a friend who doesn't handle constructive criticism well. He can't hold a Job for more than a year without freaking out at his employer or employes . Good thing he's only 22 maybe he will change.

editorial comment - again, this is the best forum out there BY FAR and although sometimes harsh, i personally appreciate the vets ongoing support (even if blunt at times) of newbs and others who mess up.

i aspire to some day be the vet that has to write the same damn note 100 times... who knows, maybe somebody's life is saved, or is able to have a kid, which otherwise wouldn't be the case.

i grew up in the eighties, when resources and knowledge like this didn't exist. i have two buddies who abused in the eighties and passed away early due to heart issues (caused in my mind by AAS abuse).
