Cialis 5mg 2x a day
I was thinking of adding Saw Palmetto, but it's a bit questionable

The normal prescription to reduce prostate is Finasteride @ 5mg/ed. I'm taking this right now and my prostate's still enlarged and I have to pee every few hours. I'm running Test/Mast/Tren right now. My prostate gets smaller when I'm off cycle. I just accept my prostate situation as a cycle side and move on.

It appears that finestride along with cialis can be beneficial according to the medical journal.
Why all of a sudden did I get this? Why is it significantly worse early am (1 am) than during the day?

You got this for several factors. Simply with age comes prostate growth. Then add in the things we take in the BB'ing community that are exacerbating your dht level to heights that you'd probably be shocked at. Also when you lay down pressure is increased on your bladder making you need to go more frequently.
When it comes to dht levels, when I run only my TRT dose of test (120-140 mgs pw) my dht level is above range. I've been on fina for several years now and it does wonders for me. Step one though imho is cialis at 5-10 mgs per day. If possible mix it with Doxazosin at 1 mg x 2 pw for an even better result.

Well crap.... I'm into a cycle with mast also and i really thought i was just getting old (45). I'm up twice a night, but I've also been focusing on my water consumption for the past few months... i never put it all together until this thread. I do love this place.
Best,

I have not checked my PSA ever since I started the sauce
But, I have always had urinary issues ever since I was a kid. I'll get up twice or 3x a night. . . . But, I drink so much water & sometimes close to bed time
But - damn, I swear - as I approach the big 4o, longevity seems to overcome the need to stay super juiced.
Just so damn hard to let the mast/tren combo go

Well, I tried to get Cialis in Mexico. That shit is expensive! I believe that you need a script in the US. You guys that take 10 mg daily must be millionaires. LOL
They tried to get me to go with viagra which is a little cheaper. Does it do the same thing? The pharmacist said yes , but I am not sure whether they knew what they were talking about or not .

Cialis and viagra is the same concept but the half life of viagra is alot shorter. So i dont know if it would work but youd have to take it a few times a day? Or if it wouldnt work it all for prostate issues. Rui has some liquid cia that ive heard good things about. Def not cheap tho.

Charger,
Insurance will help with Cialis, because it is indicated for "symptoms of" BPH. Viagra is to short-lived and the spike is outside the therapeutic range for BPH "growth" (my opinion on the difference of wording, hence the quotations). A decent GP will be able to do this for you. The medical community accepts the hereditary relationship with Bp issues (these are blood pressure drugs-vasodilators). Just work from that conceptual when you talk to your doc. BTW, it is approved for this use but insurance companies don't like to think they are going to have to cover it for the res of your life.

Thanks . My BP is good unless I am on tren . LOL.
My prostate is good now that I am off mast.
It seems like as I get older I am spending more on the counter action of the AAS than the AAS itself. LOL
