Sus 250 and equipoise ?

I am going to be running a Sus 250 and an equipoise cycle I just want to know how much to take of each and when to start clomid and nolva. Im a powerlifter and im 21 years old 272 lbs 22% bf(Hey im a powerlifter . My current lifts are 688 squat 500 bench and a 650 deadlift. Please help me out fellas

Week 1-11 sust 500mg/week
Week 1-10 EQ 400mg/week

Clomid 2 weeks after last shot, you might consider runnig 10mg nolva/ED throughout the cycle or some femara or liquidex.

how long on the clomid after i quit the cycle? I have 30 pills on the way, is this enough? i dont want to gain a fuckload of weight either i just want some quality muscle like 10 or so lbs

Good luck, unless you run arimidex most people I know get really bloated off test.

Run both for 10wks, Running the sust to 11 won't be feasible considering the Cyp.

Also, shoot the Sust 250mg E3D. This will allow for consistant blood levels as possible

Run the clomid 3wks after last shot
