is this dosage to low and if so what do i need to go up on and do i need to add some nolvedex or arimidex to this

IMO drop the EQ all together, 100mg wk won't do shit for you, and add some TEST CYP at 400-600mg wk

are you doing the Winny orally or injecting? how long are you running the winny?

I agree. first off all, 100mg of EQ is a total waste, and you shouldn't run EQ and Deca together. I'd run something like this.

400mg of TEST/wk
400mg of Deca/wk
50mg ed/eod but run the Winstrol the last six weeks.
