HCG and PCT advice

Doing my 4th cycle, simple test cyp 500-600mg per week 12 week cycle (pinning Monday and Thursday)
It's the first cycle Iv done for over 2 years , Iv being reading up it looks like advice on PCT has changed .
First of all my pct and ai is liquids from *** products (*****) are they still recommended ?
My cycle plan and pct is as follows
From week 3 - ai liquid a-Dex 0.25 eod until end of cycle
From week 4 - HCG 250 iu mon and thurs until end of cycle

2 weeks post cycle start pct
Liquid clomi 100/70/70/35
Liquid tamox 40/20/20/20

Looks good to me Dan. Accept, I would start the Arimidex and HCG beginning week 2. Good luck!
