test on high BF% but used ofr weight loss

Hey guys, so we know test alone will not burn fat, it's the muscle growth from test and the muscles that will burn the fat.

So if my BF is high and i lose fat slowly due to being business owner and working allot, sleep is not 8 hours but gym is 4-5 days weekly......what would be the issue with taking test on clean diet and exercise to help with the loss and gain muscle to ?

The bold is not actually accurate, but I digress...

The issue with taking gear when body fat is high, is you're much more likely to suffer from estrogen-induced sides. What kind of progress have you made so far? What are your stats? How long have you been training? What does you diet look like? If you're able to hit the gym 4-5 days a week, I see no reason why you couldn't get to a respectable body fat % naturally.

Its stress and sleep plus crappy eating, yes i stay below my daily caloric intake but processed chicken compared to real chicken is what i mean by eating crap.

So right now i am Male 34, 6'4", 290Lbs, BF is 25 0r 27% (yes its high) but also i have always been fat, losing weight is easy but i do not want to lose strength at the gym right now, i'm doing good, so i reduce carbs and increase protein to slowly loose the weight but i need an increase of this process.

If you were eating below your required tdee you would lose weight. If you decreased cals/upped cardio further you would lose more.

Bite the bullet and risk losing some strength, you've been about the same body fat for years now and nothing has changed from what I can see.

Sometimes you need to take a step back to take 2 forward,

You could try GW 1516. It supposed to really help with burning fat along with increasing your endurance.

A good choice, i started that myself. But study the report first. I guess its difficult to understand all for a native english aswell, but they often use the words cancer and tumors. But some studies say it cures canser, some say it gives cancer and tumors in mice.
But at doses like 900mg ed for a human. Suggested dose is 20 mg. And if you drop 50 aspirin also i guess something bad will happen.
But its effectivness on fatloss and endurance is amazing. And i guess its been used for many years now and i have never seen human cancer from it. If so, i guess it would be all over the blogs. The cardarine haters just refers to the mices who were given 400 mgs a day.

The cancer thing seems stupid, of course if you take 100 times the recommended dose there could be problems. I plan on trying some soon to see how it works to combat tren sides.
