40/40/20/20 dosage would this be enough, only reason is i want to do another cycle in 8-12 weeks

Nope. Clomid 100 50 50 50 is mandatory.

Use both don't make it a half arsed pct. This if the most important bit.

Whats the difference between them, from most my research i see they are similar

Similar but different. They compliment each other and make for a more effective pct. One works more on volume, the other amplitude in influencing stimulation of your hypothalamus / pituitary.

Okay thanks i understand, so basically put nolva works on volume and clomid for the stimulation of balls?
would that make clomid and hcg similar as well or?

No. Both serms exert their effect on your hypothalamus / pituitary, stimulating it to pruduce LH & FSH.
HCG is completely different and only mimics LH. It should be used during cycle, not after as it's suppressive to endogenous LH function.

so basically all summed up, hcg during cycle probs start around week 3-4 for long ester and short? and then nolva and clomid pct. and if needed arimedex yep?
just need to make sure i get this right next time

Run your ai and hcg from the start of the cycle. Discontinue the hcg 3 days prior to pct and discontinue the ai hen your pct starts

Aight sweet, with hcg what does would you recommend? just because most my research points me to doing it after a cycle but i am just curious so might try it on cycle next time. I read it has a half life of 5 days so i was planning on pinning it every 5 days.
