As I learn more and more about Aas to possibly attempt my first cycle, my wife was wondering what she could implement to increase her fat burning.
She's already in excellent shape, she's been training five days a week, hiit, olympic lifting and powerlifting along with isolation training on specific areas she wants to develop like the glutes, abs and hamstrings.
Shes been strict with nutrition, sticking to a 1400 calorie daily ceiling, no sugar and less than 15g of carbs (nothing refined)
She's 5'4" and now down to 127-129 and doesn't think she can cut much more fat without getting into an unhealthy calorie restriction, or over training.
Can anyone suggest an Aas that could get her over that hump with the fat burning.
