41, exp, please help me cut.
Hi, I came off a motorcycle injury 6 months ago that put me on the couch for half a year and in that time I put on approx 50lbs. I'm down 20 lbs but It's been hell. I'm back at it strong and diet is 85% dialed. I fuck up avg of 1 weekend day (kids, wife , outings ends up exceeding my cals by 2-3 thousand) and it typically sets me back 4 days. I am exp with cutting, macros, cal in vs out all that. 5 days split work best for me and I have been doing 40 min bike fasting cardio this last 30 days and will continue.
My question is my suggested cycle. I have been on 1ml test prop every 7 days for years (Dr prescribed). My # typically hovers around 400-500. I have a 10 ml winnie and am thinking of doing 8 week stack with 1 ml test every 4 days. Please give me advce, I have no exp stacking. I am 20-25 % fat and it all is in my torso. I typically can drop a lb to 2 a week but I really would like to up that. The cycle will help me stay on track as well but I hope for more than that?
