Arimidex or Aromasin?

For a cycle that contains
1-12 1g test
1-10 400mg deca
1-4 50mg dbol

would you go with aromasin or arimidex?

was first thinking of going with adex 0,5mg eod during the whole cycle

but then i read about aromasin and people seems to like it more, it also seems more safe and more effective
was thinking 10mg eod at first with and increase if needed?

But then the internet experts comes along on other forums and makes me question everything ive learned the past months and just makes me generally confused, saying stuff like estrogen rebound is broscience etc..

Pretty heavy cycle for being 20 years old buddy. How many have you ran in the past? Are you a professional athlete or bodybuilder or something like that?

What ai have you used on your previous cycles and what compounds did you run?

Also, what are your stats to be contemplating 1g of test at 20 years old?

First time using an AI of any kind, but also the first "heavy" cycle, have ran test and dbol a few times before and upped the doses by every cycle, have experience with nolva

I am aware that I am still young and I am aware of the risks and what im throwing myself into, IMO its better to do it right and minimise the risks, therefore I'm posting here for advice, I don't wanna be one of "those" guys, but I'm posting here and being honest with my age to get the right answers.

4 cycles to get to 180lbs at 5'11?

Seriously man, put the as away and pick up fork. You should have been able to exceed your current stats naturally and here you are thinking you need 1g of test plus others.

Head to our diet forum, that will be where you get your best advice.

Like stated above, no need for AAS especially at your stats. Your problem is in the kitchen! Eat more buddy. I couldnt imagine what kind of cycle you would be running if you really did plan on competing 2 years from now and you are already running 1g+ of test and other compounds.

Op the advice you got above is correct. Learn from guys that have been around alittle longer. When I first started I used too large of doses for my size. In the 9 years since I've started I've learned I need 1/3 of the doses I was using.
