    You think this is a good idea? Ive red 10 mg nolva a day can stop the ai from lowering hdl. Or maybe not stop it but boost it to the level it was before the ai lowered it.

    As far as I know neither dex or stane have been shown to lower TC, LDL, HDL or triglycerides on a statistically significant level.

    Nolva will lower TC but it lowers LDL more than HDL so you end up with a more favorable lipid profile.
