I want to learn the science of using steroids safely

Hi guys ,
Iam amazed at how most of you guys know about the proper use of steroids , cycling , testing , diet and so on.
Where I come from people know jack shit about this stuff.Theyre just using any and everything .Last month 7 competetive bodybuilders died due to a general lack of knowledge and possible overdosing , it's a fairly common thing in India and Pakistan (where I come from) .
Anyway , I was wondering if any one of you could guide me towards some source like a book or blog where I can educate myself about the proper dosing and administration etc of different steroids(In short Id like to learn the science of using steroids safely) .Thankyou
