What do you mean "touching" them.
People usually put topical T on upper shoulders, legs, or abdomen... hence normal human contact shouldn't lead to significant exposure.
If you are concerned about a partner... I don't really know. Residues might last for hours after application, but having a shower is enough.

Touching the gel will not hurt you. Just wait for it to dry.
