Your bottle has 200mcg/ml which would mean if you took a 1ml syringe and filled it up you'd have 200mcg. Half the syringe would be 100mcg, 1/4 would be 50mcg and so on.
If you're really sensitive to it, start with 20mcg per day and after a few days bump it up to 40mcg per day. Just continue to ramp up slowly every few days. You may get up as high as 100-120mcg per day, rarely a need to go higher and 140+ can be dangerous.
