Use to use test and equipose, had some solid results. Looking to get back into the world and was wondering if someone could lead me down the right path.
Age: 32
Experience: Weightlifting since 18 and CF about 3 years with weightlifting
Weight: 205
Height: 5'9
I have a good clean diet, good activity level just trying to step it up a notch. Any guidance?
Also doesn't help I just moved and don't have a local source haha!
