    Have I got Gyno?

Mid way through my fourth cycle , simple test cycle 600mg a week now into 5th week .using AI arimidex 0.5mg every 3.5 days (opted for this over 0.25 eod as difficulty dividing the tablets ).
Have been fine up until today, now I have fairly severe tenderness/ burning pain in both nipples. Never had it bad like this before. I'm not sure whether this is Gyno or just a soft tissue reaction. Was fine this morning , did a heavy cardio session , then afterwards the pain started. Is this likely to be side effects or maybe just irritation / rubbing from my gym vest in this area, help would be appreciated , should I maybe take arimidex 0.5 mg eod or as well as adex also take tamoxifen along side it???
    Thanks in advance

Unless you have a physical lump under your nipple then you don't have gyno.

It would be a good idea to have bw that includes a sensitive e3 assay in order to see if your dex dose is adequate.

There is no lumps at all it's all symptomatic . I could get blood work done at a private clinic but I wouldn't understand what the E3 levels mean! In the mean time should I up the adex for now to see if symptoms subside? Or add some tamoxifen ?

Sorry that was a typo I meant e2 (estrogen).

IMO you shouldn't change your dex dosage just yet.

It's best to change AI dosage based on bw not physical symptoms.

You can take some nolva if you like but I think it's overkill if you don't have a lump.

If they feel sensitive,,itchy,,puffy,,sore,,,I would go get some blood work ASAP and then you can treat it from that point.
