Hey guys, I've been training Muay Thai and BJJ for the past 5 years. My first cycles where mild in comparison to this one and tbh i dont know if this cycle is going to improve my training and physique or just hinder it, I'm not looking for mass but for that shredded look.

1-16 week Arimidex - 0.5 mg EOD
10-16 week T3 - 25/50/75/75/50/25 mcg ED
16-20 week Nolva - 40/40/40/20/ mg ED
