Go with both cham.Along with a good diet and cardio=good resultz ;)
should he take a test wit that too? IM thinking bout the same thing but i dont want to lose alot of wieght on it, i want to keep on some bulk, add test.................?

1. it preserves muscle mass well cause when i bulk i go up to 15% bf max and thats pretty fat so i wanna go intense to cut the blubber, then when i get to like 8 - 9% bf i will do some winny !
2. i think if u were to take 100 mg/prop ed (700 mg) test ew u could not only keep ur strength up but could possibly add a few pounds of lean muscle mass !
also i think that clen/t3/prop is ur best bet, although they say t3 is not good for begginers u need ot start somewhere !
