Nearly 3 weeks into cycle, haven't felt anything.

I just hit 3 weeks into my Test E only cycle today and still haven't felt any effects.

No real strength increase, no libido increase, acne, etc.

It's highly unlikely my gear is fake. It's from a reliable source. I just want to know, is it normal for this to happen? I hear some people say it takes as long as 6 weeks for test e to kick in.

It takes around 5wks for your blood levels to be running at full strength but you should see results or some kind of effects by now even by water retention.

There's no such thing as a reliable ugl they produce different strengths all the time.

Test E 500 mg per week. 12 weeks. With an AI and HCG.

What do you mean how do I train? lol. If you mean what routine a I doing, I am doing a Push/Pull/Leg routine.

Eating about 500 calories over maintenance, work out hard, 3 days on, 1 off. Currently I am up 5 pounds total, seems solid though, actually look a tad leaner. Strength and libido, increased 2-3 on a scale of 10.

My test is pharm grade, awaiting BW to check all levels.

Thought the changes were going to be a bit more "dramatic" honestly.

Thats why they say take dbol to help jump start everything. Usually took me 6 weeks with test.

Saucerking, sorry - allow me to add: at 3 weeks I hadn't detected any strength or libido changes. I had VERY MINOR acne, barely noticeable on my back, which has not changed since & I put on maybe 2 pounds.

BTW, this is my first cycle after 7 mos of TRT.

I have gained weight. 1 pound a week. Not really muscle though. Definitely not steroid like muscle if that makes sense lol.

Just hit 3 weeks? Meaning, your at the beginning of week 3. Yeah, thats normal. I didnt feel the sustanon before week 3-4 and that mf has 90g of propionate esters in it too.
If you are low in bodyfat and low in salt, high in potasium and a nice ai you shouldnt feel water retention either, as Marky suggested.

Yea me reading all these how long it takes for test to loose its ester before it becomes active makes me reconsider runing cycle/blast in the future starting and ending the run with faster acting compound like prop. Or, need to plan it better and way in advance considering when the effects are thought to be most desired to take place.
