Liver enzymes came back around 190 rest of blood work is perfect dose anyone have a method to lower them I'm already take liver fix it has 500mg nac in it already

Did blood on last cycle liver was 66 on tren and test e just ended npp and test e little eq Then a couple week break Then had couple weeks of tren and test e and stopped before blood was done and it came back alt at 190

I'd get some UDCA or TUDCA and restest at a later time...

500mgs of NAC isn't even really enough for injectables - did you run any orals? Next time take up to 1200mgs of NAC but I'm sure it was the cycle duration and compounds along with heavy lifting

Ok i'll take your advice thanks no I wasn't taking any orals try to stay away from them for this very reason

Yeah anytime I'm 'on' I'll take UDCA now(2x/wk e3d) and Tren(more than most) can do this but have you had this problem before?

No never the highest liver enzymes I've ever had were 66 I believe that's why it's kind of freaking me out and udca is just a supplement correct it's not an actual prescription medication

I also just realized I've been taking baby aspirin which I didn't even think about till now do u think that could affect liver enzymes this democratically?

Heavy and intense training will increase ALT, how much is dependent on person to person, did you had intense training just before, or the day before drawing blood?

Stay healthy, eat healthy, hydrated and retest in a 2-3 weeks. Take a at least 2 days off training before bloodwork (5 days would be optimal).

Personnaly has seen my ALT go to 80 just from heavy training, after resting a week it was down to 30's.

For as long as your liver enzymes are elevated. It's not really that high of a dose.

In 3 weeks of 3000 mg of nac and 1000 of Tudca liver alt 190 ast 130 went to alt 150 ast 60 and I trained day before

At the moment tren test and mass but I was on npp that's what i believe elevated them in the first place
