Clenbuterol and ephedrine

Hi

I'm pretty new with steroids I recently finished my first cycle of test e and have a small amounts of fat is like to shift. I've read up that clenbuterol and ephedrine would help.. Just wanting to know people's thoughts and if anyone had used either and for how long they use it and what dosage

Clen is harsh stuff. Lots of cramping, sweating, shaking, and being jittery all the time. The results are pretty good though. Ephedrine, by itself is like strong coffee. Stack ephedrine with aspirin and caffeine and then you have an ECA stack. Both will down grade your beta receptors so you'll want to run it with Keto.

What kind of dosages would you recommend of ephedrine and aspirin ?
Why's keto ?

Imo stay away from either if you can clen makes me sick and hot and shaky the 2 together make me a shaky sped up mess that without taking benzo's couldn't possibly get a full nights sleep..really get into your diet refine it..weigh your food count your calories and macro's do some cardio..I've done both by themselves and together and I would avoid them if possible..I like feeling good:)
