Google "steroid planner beedubapps" and play with it. Android or iPhone, it's free for now. Create your cycle in it and you can experiment with switching from cyp to prop and see how much total T you're absorbing daily based on the half life of the compound.
I would just add 100mg of test P EOD starting 3 days after your last shot of test C.

The E ester takes 14 to 15 days to clear your system. Prop takes 3 days. If you replace the last couple of Test E shot w eod shots of Test Prop you can wait 3 days instead of waiting 14 days. Honestly, waiting 10 or so more days to do PCT isn't going to change your world.
