First time posting here and I'm hoping to get some help with a 14 week cycle I am thinking of doing. I'm hoping to go for a lean mass gain. Any criticism and information would be widely appreciated.
Age 23
Training for 5 years
5ft 10, 85kg
Train 5-6 times a week. Roughly an hour to hour and half at a time, will be doing cardiovascular 3times a week as long distance and time training then twice a week as HIIT training.
My diet is pretty good and clean.
Body fat roughly 11-12% at most
1-12 test 400 1mg a week
1-12 deca (not entirely sure on this dosage yet. I need to do more investigating as I've been reading a lot and everywhere seems to be 50/50 on the dosage of deca. Some saying to use more test and other saying to use more deca. Can someone give me a final answer on this it would be appreciated. )
8 - 14 Winstrol tablet 50 mg ED
Aromasin 10 mg ED
PCT
14-18 Clomid 150/100/50/50 ED
14-18 nolvadex 40/40/20/20 ED
I have done a lot of research on this, I understand I probably have missed things out and as I said before I would appreciate any experience given.
I've also read up on deca some people say you can't get a lean gain from it due to the water retention then others say it is possible if it is looked after correctly, any more information or suggestions on reducing the water retention would be great also .
