Please HELP with Arimidex!

Hi, I have started my first cycle and doing 500ml Test E/week plus 250iu HCG x 2 week. I have now added Arimidex at 0.25mg EOD to my regime due to slight water retention - after taking it for 2 weeks I am having stomach upsets, cramps and finding it difficult to sleep. I have not changed anything else.

I have read that these could be the possible side effect of Arimidex but does anybody know how I can stop these? Should I lower my dosage even further??? Is there an alternative without these side effects? I just don't feel comfortable with a wet look hence I wanted something to prevent water retention....thanks for your help...

Take it in the morning and not at night, with food.

Thanks I think I tried both, once in the evening and the other time in the morning but still got upset stomach....its really annoying coz I don't normally have problems with stomach

I don't know if the water retention is from Test E or because I am also taking HCG x 2 week?

Does anybody know if a Liquid Arimidex is any more gentle on stomach?

why not to split your dose even further, crush it down to smaller pieces, and if it upsets your stomach, take it some time in a smaller doses during the day after meals?

Then if you cant manage it, try exemestane.

That's a good idea! I am going to half the 0.25mg and have it ED instead of EOD?

Yes I think this would be my last option....Do you know if Exemestane have any stomach related side effects?
