Thoughts on Aromasin dose during cycle

According to the famous "how to plan a successful cycle ..." the dose of Aromasin should be 25 mg/day.
I have read on many other boards and according to some youtube videos that the dose should be 12.5 mg/day and some would even go to 12.5 mg EOD.
Well I tried to split the tab in half with a professional tablet cutter and the tablet got shattered to small pieces because it is very small and sugar coated so I decided to go with 25 mg/day.
Some people would say that it may crash estrogen level and some would say that Aromasin is not that strong and even 50 mg/day won't crash estrogen.
What are your thoughts guys ?

Well I reread Jimmys thead on this matter just the other day.And Jimmy says 12.5 to25 so go from there bro.Everyone is different.

It's almost impossible to crash your e2 on cycle with stane.

From my experience if you're using 500mg+ a week of test 25mg ED of stane is needed to control e2.

The only way to be certain is mid cycle bw.

Also, stane is lipid soluble so it should be taken with dietary fats.

Imo pill cutters are a waste of money.

You're better off getting an x acto knife from Amazon or your local hardware store if you want to accurately split tablets.
