    Ideas for 2nd cycle

    Hello there,
    Sorry if I am asking something that probably has been asked continuously, but I would like some input regarding my next cycle. I am still recovering for my first but I wanna do my homework and take all the time I need, so there is no rush.

    My first cycle was Test E at 500 mg a week.
    I can say that in terms of feeling and strength I am quite happy, I put on more than 20 lbs in 12 weeks I'd can say I got discrete gains.

    I was thinking about doing Test E only again but to be honest I am not too sure. That cycle was quite mild and I d like something more so I would add an extra compound this time, but I don't know what.

    I wanna bulk and get bigger that is the point.
    I read the Deca is good for bulking but I read also about the Deca dick lol.

    Any suggestions?

    What are your stats?

    A 12 week test cycle is not mild, your HTPA was completely shut down.

    See exactly how you recover from this cycle first, you are still on PCT after all.

    I know my HTPA was suppressed, I am still on PCT. Again I just wanna have enough time to think about what to do next.

    91.6 kg
    27 yo
    Bf% I put some fat on gotta say. I am about 15% maybe. But 23 pounds cannot be all muscle.

    Well if you did good the 1st time run it again.More is not always better and its only your 2nd cycle so relax or you will be wasting a lot of money.

    Agreed run it again.

    Only thing I would add "if anything at all!!!" Would be a short oral. 4 weeks max.

    But if u plan on continuing this for years. There's plenty of time to add compounds

    Recovery is why I would stay away from deca . If you're looking to branch out a little throw some Dbol in there.

    If you absolutely must add another compound and are aware of the risks of going further down this path, I'd probably go with NPP or primo.

    If you can find bold cyp that would be another option but I would be thinking a 16-20 week cycle was appropriate so I'd avoid EQ.

    I'd stick with the others' advice, but if you MUST, those are my recs.

    I wouldn't personally do the orals. They're pretty powerful and 4 weeks is just going to get you excited without giving you anything close to sustainable gains.

    Specifically I'd go 300mg/wk of NPP.

    Thanks guys for your replies.
    So I did expect more from 500 mg of Test a week tbh. But that is quite common when u r new with gears. I don't wanna take big risks for little gains and Test E given me superlibido, more strength and some muscle gains.
    People get way more results from steroids though.
    Test E also took quite a lot to kick in and I was shutdown at the end of the cycle.
    So I think to change compound for the next cycle. So Test C or P maybe plus I would add an oral.
    Or maybe using sustanon + dbol
    What do u think

    Run test cyp 500 MG for 12 weeks with some t bol for 4 weeks.

    Wow, If I put on twenty pounds in 12 weeks with test I'd be happier than a pig in shit. Put your thoughts into your diet right now. Pct is a fragile time for keeping gains. You need to make sure you eat enough to feed that new muscle tissue. I've never ran sustanon so I can't comment on it. I have ran Dbol and I will say it's hard to beat. You'll feel it in the first week.
