    Nothing wrong with your BW.

Do you have pre-cycle bloods? Just curious of what the hemoglobin and hematocrit were before cycle, as they are so low. AAS suppose to jack those up.

Might want to start supplementing vit c and vit b12, and maybe check ferritin in next bloodwork.

No pre-cycle blood work. Based off of the test result sheet, both of those show I'm in normal range. I was more concerned with the low LH & FSH.

When you take steroids your LH and FSH go to zero, thats what it is to be shutdown.

So, you never done bloodwork in your life?? Never checked your hemoglobin?

Ranges are information, use it as such, being on low side of range or high side of the range it is important information.

You have borderline low hemoglobin, RBC, and hematocrit coupled with highish MCV - I'd recommend supplementing with b12 & folate.

What is your intake of fresh fruits and greens?

Lots of greens. No fresh fruit at all.

Ive had blood work done when ordered by my Dr, due to whatever was going on at the time. I've never had a reason to just get it done for reasons other than that. Thanks for the feedback

I understand that B12 & Folate may need to added to my supplementation regiment, but why Vit-C? Please explain that, as well as your take on folate.

How can u say that. You dont know, where are the lipids, cholestrol and BP. Prolactin. BP and cholestrol besides hct is the most dangerous ones and when he miss out two of those, its impossible to say his BW is ok.

Sorry if im blind and didnt spot my suggested values.

Agreed that he should also tested prolactin and lipids.

Only commented on what was presented.

Vit C also helps with formation of red blood cells. It was Biz who mentioned folate, but agree that I can be also good to add it. All help icreasing hemoglobin and red blood cells.

My curiosity on past BW was to see if you were close to your normal red cells values, but you are not worried about, guess I shouldnt be either.

This was my initial thought because anti cancer drugs (e.g. AIs) can lower hemoglobin, RBC, and hematocrit.

Didn't mean to make it seem like I didn't care about my rbc. I only mentioned the other two because the test actually told me they were LOW. I just didn't know any better until you broke it down.

As long as you're eating healthy and aren't feeling light headed I think you're counts are fine.

Also considering that they'll increase given the compounds you're using.

    Your e2 seems high.

I believe the range for sensitive e2 is 8-35.

8-35 is the exact range it shows on my results sheet.
I was wondering about that as well, since I'm at 40.5
Do you know what the cause of this could be?

    Yeah it's caused by aromatization.

Once again as long as you're feeling okay I think things are fine but it would be a good idea to retest in a few weeks.

Ok, that's what I thought, but I didn't know if it meant I was taking too much?

No, if anything you're taking too little AI.

What AI are you taking and at what dosage?

    Is it pharma grade?

    Wow! I'm taking Arimidex .
They come in 1mg capsules. I've started off splitting them & taking .5 eod.
I noticed that I stopped getting hard ons as frequently as I did the first few weeks on cycle, & my sex drive started to drop. So last week I upped it to 1mg eod. A few days later, the frequent hard ins started again, & sex drive was high! I know everyone said that 1mg eod is too much, but my body seemed to react differently. Maybe the Arimidex is underdosed? I don't know .

I'd always rather have my E2 slightly higher as opposed to lower any day of the week.

For the future it's best to wait until you have BW results until changing AI dosage.

Many things go can effect libido besides e2.

Discounted labs has a sensitive e2 assay for $50.

Imo you should wait 2-3 weeks and then run labs again.

    Better safe than sorry.
