Trenbolone Enanthate Insomnia
it seems like a lot of people experience severe insomnia when taking Tren . is this true? does everyone experience insomnia when taking Tren? i sures hell hope not cuz i just ordered some and i hate sleep problems... my sleep is kinda screwy as it is and now im kinda spooked. is there anyone who didnt experience this side effect?

I rarely get insomnia but thats probably because of bed time fat burner or melatonin (when not cutting). I remember when I didn't take any bed time supp, I would wake up pretty refreshed on tren even if I didn't sleep well so the insomnia didn't bother me much... I don't know I guess I felt more energized off the tren?
The sweating and irritability for me increase as the dose goes up. Around 300mg I don't get sides. At 500, it gets crazy.

Irritability >Running tren or not I'm pissed off all the time anyway
Acid reflux >YES
"Tren cough" > YES
Sweating all the time > NO
I run Tren @ a low dose now and don't get any sides now. I always run Ace.
Tren is for the big boys, FYI.

Honestly, I would be disappointed if I didn't feel the sides. This past cycle made me realize the more sides I feel, the more tren I feel (in terms of getting leaner etc). Im not saying go crazy with dose, but I would stick to 300 range as a minimum.
No sleep problems what so ever. I was also on T3 and Clen for almost the whole duration of my tren cycle. I did however wake up with my sheets soaked on multiple occasions lol. My bed time supp contained 5 or 6mg of melatonin so Im going to attribute the good sleep to that. The other thing tho, I have run tren on multiple occasions so I could just be used to the side effects to the point where I don't notice it as much.

goal is to lean out and put on at least 5-10lbs of muscle but def to lean out and get shredded

Insomnia is a normal side effect for me
I normally average about 3 hours of sleep a night.
Sweating is horrible while I sleep.
No other sides but everyone is different.

OK, not feeling the 15% bodyfat @ 170.
Leaning out and getting shredded is done in the kitchen.
5-10 pounds of QUALITY POUNDS is not coming from ONE cycle.
You don't run var @ 50 mg's a week. I like low doses but damn....
Drop to about 12% BF. Then I'd run it like this;
Test E 300 mg's/week week 1-12
Tren Ace 350 mg's/week week 1-6
Var 50 mg's a day 7-12
You can bump the test to 350 mg's a week from weeks 7-12 if you want.
What do you have planned for caber, prami, PCT, etc.?

You run Tren Ace because if those sides that you mentioned kick in, you can drop the tren and have it cleared out quickly.

I'm in week 6 of my first run of tren e. I'm running trt dose test and 400 mg tren. Love it. Turning into my best experience yet with cycling. Sides- a little acid reflux, sometimes insomnia, sweat like a whore in church with cardio. The most pronounced is the aggression by far. Gotta step away from volatile situations for sure. Honestly I was expecting hellfire to reign down on me the way some people build it up on the Internet. Not through it yet but as of now things are well manageable for me. The possible sides are just that, possible.

If you have no tren experience you need to go with tren ace, tren can be overwhelming and with enanthate it will take weeks for you to get rid of the sides. 1st time tren? Ace only.
Plus your goals are not realistic and IMO you are not ready for tren. 5'9 and 170lbs, means you are doing something wrong, either diet or training related. You dont need tren, and really you should be happy for it cause being on tren sucks
Go with npp or test and oral.

At 350 I sleep good at 700+ I can't sleep with otc sleep aids that's just me

No not normally just when I'm on the tren train.
Some other compounds do affect my sleep but not like tren.

makes me want to get on some now. going to get some, but waiting for this cycle to end and a couple of months to pass before i do the thing.
i take melatonnin for sleep. i've heard roofies help with sleep as well as growth, but i've never read very much at all on that.
what else helps sleep? ease up on carbs before bed? i know carb loading makes me hot and sometimes irritable even when i'm not on.

i took everyones advice and ordered me some tren ace this time and hope it works better as i can abort if sides r too much... thanks for all the positive feedback from everyone.
