Have some questions test cyp

Had my bloods checked a few years ago (27, 165lbs, 5'11, 10%bf) and they came back with low t results (429ng/dl 8.0pg/ml and 13.1).


Weight stats were bench 255 squat 330 dl 380 ohp 165.


Im 30 now and decided i might as well get some test in, as im feeling some significant effects of the low t (recovery, weight gain, depression, etc etc).


Current stats are 5'11 180 bf=???
Bench 285 squat 360 dl 390 and ohp 185. So ive made strength and size gains since then...


Im looking at 300mg test cyp ew for 12 weeks, with 250iu hcg every 4 days for week 2-14. I have aromasin to take, but not sure how much/often to take due to it being in droplet form (not pill).


For pct i have tamoxifen , do i need anything else? And is 20mg enough/day?


Any input on this would be great. Is the ai good? What dose? Test dose look ok? Should i go 2x/week? Is hcg worth it on cycle? And does the pct look good, and any suggestions to it?


Im not lookin to get huge, just want to he back normal.

A basic Test Cyp cycle: 500mg/wk for 12 weeks, HCG 250iu twice a week, Adex .25mg/eod, wait 14 days after last Test Injection then PCT for 4 weeks with Clomid 100/50/50/50 and Nolvadex 40/20/20/20.
