not too sure if i wanna jump right now in the pinning stuff if my goal is to to be absolute ripped at 165 which is tiny for a 5'11 guy but im a mma fighter and im 155 right now with id say 13% bf i always overestimate my bf cause it fluctuates with water. Is it even worth pinning myself at this point i was thinking maybe bulking with pgh and then cutting with clen im not too sure and im not very knowleadble so id figure id ask sorry if this is a noobie question haha. but my goal is to be 8% bf with 160-165 pounds tbh which yes i know is small for a 5'11 guy. any thoughts?
