How to take clenbuterol?

Hi all, I wonder how can I take clenbuterol , I know the quantity of dosages,but not if i must take it together or divided.

The first day I took 40mcg, second day 40mcg and after 6 hours other 40 mcg, third day 40, after 6 hours 40, after 6 other 40.

Or should I take the pills together in the morning?, all articles and threads explanins dosages but not when to take so I guess I made a mistake and I needed to take all together?

I just take the whole thing in the morning. The Clen half life is 1.5 days so taking a little every 2 hrs will help a LITTLE. To me, not worth the hassle.

Sorry,another question, it has not importance if i take all in the morning but I do workout at night?, or if I do workout in the morning after taking it,no risk for the heart?
