Bulking Cycle Advice
What's up fellas, needs some advice. 3rd Cycle.
1st 2 Cycles were nearly the same: 16 weeks, Test, EQ, Dbol kicker - I didn't gain too much size the 2nd time around.
Stats
170 lbs
5'10
12% BF
Planned Cycle:
Test Cyp 1-14 Weeks 600/week
Deca 1-12 Weeks 500/week
Dbol Weeks 1-4 40mg daily
HCG 2x week
Caber .5mg 2x/week
Anatrozole .5mg EOD
PCT Clomid 40/40/20/20
How much Nolva should i take with the Clomid?
Also, a friend of mine is insisting that I should throw in Tren ... Do you think this is enough to put on 15lbs?

Bulking advice....
Eat more.
You've done two cycles already and you are 170lbs at 5'10".
Your diet needs to be evaluated.
I wouldn't do tren if I were you.
I personally find that it is hard to bulk on tren since it speeds up my metabolism. And causes heartburn.

You got 2 cycles under your belt and only weigh 170 @ 5'10.IMOP you need to hit the diet section and post up your diet with macros bro.

Here is the new diet I will be following:
2956 calories per day. Daily Total Macronutrient intake: Protein: 260g Carbs: 350g: Fat: 54g
BREAKFAST PRE-WORKOUT
100g Quick Oats & 5 Egg Whites
Calories: 502
protein: 37g Carbs: 60g Fats: 10g
POST-WORKOUT
30g Whey protein isolate Supplement plus 70g Vitargo Carbohydrate Supplement
Calories: 399
protein: 24g Carbs: 73g Fats: 1g
MID MORNING
100g Quick Oats with 5 Egg Whites & 100g Chopped Pineapple
Calories: 518
protein: 34g Carbs: 70g Fats: 9g
LUNCH
150g Grilled Chicken Breast with 250g Brown Rice & 2 Cups Steamed Broccoli
Calories: 545
protein: 55g Carbs: 70g Fats: 5g
MID-AFTERNOON
200g White Fish plus 250g Steamed Sweet Potato
Calories: 369
protein: 37g Carbs: 55g Fats: 4g
DINNER
150g Cooked Red Meat with 2 Cups Steamed Broccoli
Calories: 335
protein: 50g Carbs: 12g Fats: 9g
BEFORE BED
200g Low Fat Cottage Cheese with 20g Natural Peanut Butter plus 4/1000mg Fish Oil Capsules
Calories: 322
protein: 26g Carbs: 14g Fats: 17g
Any advice is appreciated.

How long have you been eating like this? You may have to slowly increase your calories.
After 2 cycles you really should weigh a lot more than 170 @ your height, especially with EQ.
What was your PCT for your previous cycles?
What were your B4 height & weight?

I haven't eaten like this. This is a new diet. I wasn't eating enough.
PCT was Clomid 100/100/50/50 Nolva 40/40/20/20
They were both long cycles 16 weeks.
3 years ago I was 190lbs, lost 30 pounds to 160, and got to 168 on 1st cycle.
Last year I only gained 2lbs on the same cycle, i didn't eat enough.

I also have something to say. I try to not fingerpoint on things i drop myself, but im doing a semibulk next time also with badboys like dbol and tren , but that is if my bloods come out rigth.
At our age its mandatory to do a pre cycle bloodtest when going for a bulk. So if you are serious you should do that. And maybe your cholestrol is bad you know, and you need to eas up on the cholestrolkiller drugs..like dbol.
And if its bad you should eat more greens and the other shit which unclog arteries.
You should anyway do those good things, but if something is wrong and you are a stubborn mf who just dont give a shit and wanna cycle anyway (like myself), at least you have to be nazi on those good things.Last edited by AR's King Silabolin; 08-06-2016 at 10:52 PM.

Do as the other guys say. Fix your diet before you cycle else you will gain nought or lose all.

Agree with all about diet first. Just at face value, it looks on the low side for bulking.
If you try adjustung your diet with the new oil, you may be changing too much at the same time and not know what is causing the change.
Also agree with the comments on tren ....... Only one new compound at a time, so leave the tren until later. I only use tren for cutting although just about any AAS can be used for both dpendent on diet.
As you can see, your diet determines the eff cts of the AAS. That is very important.

Thx bro, i had this new diet written up by one of Kris Gethin's trainers...I'm planning on starting the cycle in Sept, so ill start the new diet now and see how i react.

1. your not big enough to need tren yet or deca ...
2.deca and tren should never be taken together.
if you end up taking tren and deca you might do this.

I used to live in North Jersey and if you knew anything about HS sports at that time, you knew Peppers.
Give that diet at least 2-3 months. Make adjustments as needed. Keep a close eye on your progress regarding weight and body fats and adjust calories AND macros as needed.

Well, there goes my appetite for the rest of the day.
I knew a guy back in the day who would run Tren & Deca together with Test. BIG doses of all 3, too. Total of the 3 was close to 2G's/week.
I told him to slow down, he didn't need THAT much.....he was one of these guys who thought he was bullet proof.
Haven't heard from him in years.

That diet looks pretty clean, maybe eat more and focus on building a good foundation (literally legs). Maybe need to rest more, I mean that 2lbs gained on your second cycle is pretty crazy. I would look towards, diet, exercise protocol and rest before upping / changing the gear, IMO. You should be able to add some weight by training legs hard and eating like above, curious to see how implementing that diet changes things... 3500 cal might be needed.

If you're a moderately active person, with those stats, I don't think 2,900 calories is enough to bulk.
Imo you should up it to 3,200 and reassess even 10-14 days.
