Mysterious bodily fluid from aspirating
I just pinned my right glute and when I aspirated, I sucked out this nasty ass white pinkish substance into the syringe. It looked like puss with a little bit of blood mixed into it. It was disgusting but it didn't hurt. I pulled out and pinned everything (including puss) into my other cheek. Just wondering if any one has had that before and if its something that could be a semi serious issue.
Of course I won't be pinning there again for a good while.

I'm thinking about how people get those pockets of puss from synthol use and how they have to be surgically removed, maybe this is something similar. Thats my main concern. Hopefully it's something that's not serious and goes away with time.

I cant beleive you repinned that...
also do you pin glutes often? sounds like a sterile abscess thats formed (and can go septic if you keep messing with it IMO)
I have had it happen, pinning same spot too often.. dont hit that spot for a LOONG time.
mine went away but i didnt hit it for many months to be safe. i pulled out like 0.5cc of the same stuff and it was not nice...
give every spot you pin 2 weeks off before hitting it again. if you use glutes, delts and quads it should be no issue. even with 4 spots and 2 pins a week its doable.

I use short esters and go from left glute, right glute, right chest, left chest I've never had issues..I would examine the sterility of your injection protocol..are you wiping the bot top and area are you using clean pins?it does sound like a infection..

I would guess it's inflammation or an abscess.
As stated earlier, don't pin there again for a long while.
Also, I never would've infected that shit back into my body.

Ive never had a sterile abcess, touch wood.
Friend of mine had a HUGE one in his arse, probably two baseball sized lump sticking out. He only ever jabbed that asscheek up until then. pulled out over a cup of yellow bloody gunk. The fucking idiot had his mrs pin it, draw it, empty it, repeat, after about 10 syringes they realised they could leave the pin in and just empty the syringe each time. He put it in a sealed container and then went up the hospital to have the rest drained. Very gross.
on topic - OP - dont shoot the puss back into yourself. If you're lukcy like BG it wont cause any harm, but why take that risk. Ditch the shot and get a new one. You should have surplus gear for every cycle anyway for such occasions.

So I've been thinking, I remember these new ampoules I've been using are very thin and I smashed a few of them. Maybe I pulled a shard of glass and injected it?

I would rotate your sites a bit more. Steroids are depot drugs meaning they deposit in the muscle and are slowly released into the body via diffusion. If you Pin and hit the same spot, the body has created an immune response In order it remove the oils and such. You probably hit a sterile abscess engordge with white blood cells and other immune components.
I would NOT reinject that fluid back into yourself if that happens again.

When you pull back on the plunger negative pressure creates a vacuum.
If an air bubble gum is drawn from the body, neutralizing the negative pressure, and it stays in the syringe then all is good.
If blood is drawn into the syringe then a new injection site should be used.
