What are you on? The only possible association that comes to my mind is the PPI inhibiting CYP3A4, but I'm taking and hard guess, and I doubt it can happen under physiological conditions.

Ever tried ranitidine? It's not a PPI but can do the same through a different mechanism of action.

Though rare all PPIs can cause gyno

If rabeprazole gave you gyno they likey all will have the same effect.

You can try taking a SERM such at nolva or ralox along with a PPI.

You'd be better off making some adjustments to your diet and taking tums if you have an issue.
