Worried about my cycle

Hi everyone, newbie to the site, hope no one throws hate at me for this or what I'm doing but here goes.

I'm 85.40kg, 5'7" aged 26.
Currently running
1250mg's test e/w
600mg deca e/w
40mg dianabol e/d

I'm 6 weeks in and don't see much difference in shape or anything.
The scales show I have been adding 1kg a week but I'm unable to see where the hell its been added.
I'm currently out of dianabol but thinking of adding in anadrol at 2x50mg tabs Aday.
Now I know this is propbly an outrageous amount to be taking, I'm taking tamoxifen 10mg e/d for gyno as I get a sore right nipple.

Food intake is 3800kcal Aday.
Should I be putting more weight on? Or is 1kg a week sufice?
(Also work out 4 days a week)

No AI???

I have aromataze but haven't used it yet. Wondering if I cut the tamoxifen until my pct will I get better gains?

you should be running your ai at that test dose your estrogen is certainly going to be elevated

Right ok I'll do that, what would u recommend the dosage? And is the weight I'm putting on normal (as far as steroids being the case) weight? Should I just carry on and wait a little longer or? And what's about adding in the anadrol at 100mg's Aday?

at those doses I would guess you are gaining a lot of water weight depending on what your diet looks like. Can you run labs? That's the best way to determine your so dose. I run .5 mg of Adex 3 x ew

Ok am besides all that.How many cycles have you ran?

you should be using an AI tamox or any SERM is NOT an AI, your estorgen will keep going up. sure it blocks the estro from nips but its still there causing issues in body and not healthy. use an AI.

its all about diet and training believe it or not. i know a guy that used the same batch, gear/lab as me and didnt gain a thing, looked like he never worked out all he got was a bloated face ( i warned him what i just told you) and he was not ready for aas as it is...
if your not gaining on 500mg ew of test alone, let alone more than double that + other compounds (shit even i dont go past 400mg ew deca)... then your diet and/or training is way off. OR might be some bunk gear. but im betting on diet or training IMO

I've done 2 cycles previously, first cycle was test cyp 500mg e/w.

Second cycle was propionate 150mg eod, tren 75mg e/d

Had no problem with gyno previously but since this cycle, my right nip is very sore. I'll start taking my AI first thing in the morning.

I thought a level of estrogen was needed to grow muscle? Haven't suffered with it from the previous 2 cycles, I put on allot of weight in previous cycles, although they were some years ago and I was in a bike accident and was unable to walk for a long time. Only after a year ago I've start bk gym an now running this cycle

sure you need estrogen to grow but you need to keep it in a healthy range. Running the compounds your running your estrogen is probably through the roof

My diet isn't 100% clean.

Mornings I have 1.5 cups of rolled oats, 4 egg white omelette with 3 slices of pepper jack cheese 500mls whole milk.

3 hours later, 8oz chicken breast, 1 cup brown rice, 1/2 cup asparigus and chorizo. Home shake (1 scoop whey protein, 1 tbls peanut butter, 1tbls coconut oil, 50ml full fat cream, tbls extra virgin olive oil.

2 hours after I'll go to spoons (pub) and have a large mixed grill (chips, peas, lamb, steak, pork, 2 sausages, mushroom, fried egg, a tomato and 6 onion rings.

2-3 hours later, 500g lasagne with a plate full of chips and another Home shake.

3 hours later, 8oz chicken breast, 14 inch meat feast pizza.

before bed, 3 peanut butter sandwiches on protein bread. Home shake.

Also My training regeme I follow the German volume training if your femiliar with it

Bro you ran 2 cycles and now you are running over a gram of test! Sorry bro but you have no clue on wat you are doing.This shows with not using a Ai and the amount of juice you are using.You put size on a lil at a time.And diet is the key factor and over doing aas.There is no reason for you too be using more than 500mg test on your 3rd cycle.READ OUR STICKYS bro before you hurt yourself.And you had no reason to use Tren.

Your test dosage is exagerated for your size and experience.

Even with if you want to mess with more advanced dosages it would be better to increase nandrolone than to use such a high dosage test for a deca cycle.

And with no AI?!? Thats just crazy and shows inexperience. For that much test I would need over half adex per day minimum, but we are all different, thats why you need mid cycle bloodwork to adjust AI accordingly.

Dbol and such a high dosage test you must have the e2 of a ovulating woman lol.

Hope you dont plan on using dbol for more than 4 weeks...

About the question you are so worried about 1 kg is excellent to be gaining per week, im sure that with half that test dosage you would be gaining the same.

So if I drop the test down would that be OK to carry on with at 500mg a week? And with regards to nandrolone, if I up the deca, I'll end up getting 'deca dick'' as they say right? How high can I run deca? And will deca give me more gains than the test?
I am inexperienced at this, no ones a pro to begin with and I am a little impatient when it comes to gains, I know Rome wasn't built in Aday and steroids isn't a source of miricle grow in a bottle, just hate my size and shape and naturally it takes too long to notice any shape, so just wanna boost what I've got then maybe start looking into prohormones instead.

800Mg deca is plenty.

But dont expect to grow 1 kilo per week in every cycle, in fact I doubt you are gaining muscle, and you will probably lose a lot weight (water) once you drop dbol and start AI. Its a marathon not a sprint....

Deca dick comes from elevated e2 and prolactin.

Prohormones are poisenous garbage.

Be patience or your health will regret it.

sounds like you should definitely be getting bigger from those dosages
5'7" 3800cals a day should put on more than 1kg a week by it self im 6'8" and would gain on those cals natural
save the tamoxifen for pct not mid course
get some clomid or arimidex for that sore nipple those dosages would need a quarter of a tab of arimidex every day
maybe your gear is shit 6 weeks is plenty for it to start showing

That cycle is super high dose for your cycle experience as members have said above. There is no reason to waste that much gear when lower dosages will do the job just fine.

Also your diet is off. That looks like more than 3800 calories to me... a 14' pizza? Most of the weight you gain is going to be water... I would tighten that diet up ASAP otherwise you are just pissing away $$$ with that cycle.

After your accident and your time off, you should start at scratch with the beginners cycle again.
Your answers should back up that statement aswell.

No I wasn't at home, I was on break at work an doing a night shift. So it was pretty hard to do at the time hence saying I'd take them in the morning. What do u want a pic of?

Boston Lloyd was on 12mg's a week, I'm far from that level of dosage in all fairness. I know it's a very high dose I did mention that in the first place. No one starts off as a professional at this medical stuff, and I know along the way I can fuck myself up, im not trying to hurt mysel purposely, I just want some advice on what I should do from now. If lowering my dosage is what to do, I'll do so. I'm taking my AI now so hopefully I'll get some ease on my man boob. I'm treating myself as a lab rat, trial an test what's best but at the back of my Mind I know I'm doing no good to myself, we all do it in other ways so give me a break lol u all started somewhere at one point, I'm trying to learn your knowledge so if anyone asks me in future, I can pass on an help out another just like u guys can do. After all, this is what this forum is for right? Advice and knowledge?
