Ready for first tren cycle?
Stats: 32 age, male, 190 lbs, 14.5% bf, 5' 9 3/4", 4 cycles over 12 years been training for 17.
Previous compounds include, test p, c and blend. Winny oral and injectable. Mast p, deca , and anavar .
Planned cycle:
Test C - 500 / week - 1-10 weeks
Tren E - 300 / week - 1-8 weeks
Mast P - 100/EOD - 8-10 weeks
Anavar - 50/ED - 1-2 weeks
arimedex - .5 EOD 2-10 weeks
Hcg - 250 E3D - 2-10 weeks
Pct
Clomid / nolva standard start after last test c inject.

Imop I would run the test C 12 weeks.Drop the Var and Mast.Mast is only good if your bf is real low and 2 weeks on 50mg Var is a waste.

Why not reduce your chances of sides by lowering the test to trt dose and bumping the tren to 400 mg? Let it do the work. Need to be run for 10 to 12 weeks for tren e. I'm just now finishing up a ten week cycle of tren e and test c at trt dose. Very good experience. Sides are overrated from what I've experienced. Everyone is different I suspect. The aggression is very real though- might want to remember that.

Also if youre not prone to gyno I would drop the adex to .25 eod and adjust accordingly. Estro might crash at .50 eod.Stuff's stronger than many might think.

Thanks for all your input, the initial question wasn't answered but I take it I am ready! Yeah!!
I plan on logging my results weekly with pics, food, etc...

You should run about 5 to 6 cycles before you run Tren . If you haven't run a cycle in the last couple of years, I wouldn't run Tren. my .02

Also, if you truly have been training for 17 years and have run 4 cycles before...
I think your training and diet can be fine tuned.
AAS (and especially tren ) are the last piece of the puzzle. Master the basics first.

I haven't been training for 17 years straight, maybe 3-4 years off / on time between those 17 years I didn't lift. My goal is 200 lbs at 8-10% body fat. So in my calculation I would need about 20 more lbs of muscle. I plan on getting down to 10% before I run this tren cycle.
I taking in about 1800 calories right now clean and I am down to about 13% (not in the picture above, its a couple weeks old) body fat. 6 more lbs to go and I should end up somewhere at 180 lbs. Then I would start the tren cycle.
