Injury/cycle question
Ok, I am asking this for a friend who was in a car accident and sprained his wrist/hand.
He is on TRT at 200mg week and just began a cycle 4 weeks ago, adding in 250mg/week extra test (450mg total/week), but then got into a car accident yesterday. His hand/wrist will take about 4 weeks to heal up enough to start lifting again. He called and asked what he should do???
A.) stop the extra test now, continuing on TRT at 200mg weekly and begin the extra test (250mg week) again once his wrist heals.
B.) continue as planned with the 10 week cycle of 250mg extra test per week, just not lifting much until wrist heals.
C.) drop his extra test down to 125mg/week and extend his cycle an extra 3-4 weeks. This would only be a total of 325/week but since his levels are already elevated from the extra 250mg week x 4 weeks, he may can keep them up so that when his wrist healed he could start back and be close to the levels he has now? Is this a correct way of thinking?

Can he do legs? Abs? Roman chair for lower back? If he can't do anything, having all that extra Test in his system will do him little good. I would tell him to get back to TRT dosage and heal.
