I have made up my mind for good this time, Instead of running 200mg of deca and 250mg of sust I am just gonna run 500mg of sust for 8 weeks. But would 10 weeks be more effective or should I stay at 8 because this is my first cycle. Any suggestions on how high my dosages of proviron and nolvadex should be, if some one could write me out a cycle I would really appreciate it. Thanks, I really appreciate all of the help that the board gives out it is extremely useful.

Why are you interested in sust btw? Why not go with a single ester test like enth or cyp?
IMO a simple cycle would be:
1-10 enth/cyp 500mg wk
10mg nolv ED
25mg Proviron ED
wk 12 start clomid 300/100/50

Bullshit. How you keep your gains depends on how you train, diet, and genetics. Test is test, different ester combos just dictate how often it needs to be administered, and how long it is going to be effective in the body.

IMHO I think you should research a lot more about this. Asking to have a cycle written out for you kinda gives the impression that you don't know what you are about to do to yourself. I don't mean to offend, just think that you should do a little more homework.

I have done a lot of reading, but it is hard to find information on how much proviron and nolvadex you need to take, there is never the same answer. that is why I am on here looking for more opinions. Every night I am on the computer reading streiod profiles and effectiveness charts, I spend at least an hour a night looking up information
