Wondering what is a good option to go with along with a 250 propionate blend by maha pharma. It's just what I can get now and I want to keep it strictly Testosterone. Is there anyway I can incorporate a test suspension (no ester) along with that weekly 250 dose. I like the fact that you can take the test suspension pre workout for that day and get the test going asap . Maybe like 50mg suspension pre workout leg day, then 25mg for the other 4 days for a total of 150mg along with the 250 propionate blend start of the week for a total of 400.. I'm pretty much wondering what the minimum dose is weekly for noticble performance gains. And what all do I need to get for this test cycle before I start, including the optimal test package I can create along with AI or SERMs ...? Thanks. By the way I'm 32 years old, 5'11" - 6' around 190lbs. I was like 215 natural when I was taking whey sups, bcaa's, and good whole foods and training for a special forces program SFAS, Recon/Marsoc or Army green beret.
