Reconstituing Question

Stuff on the left in glass ampoule needs to mix with vial on left. Do I break the ampoule? Seems so barbaric.

Not sure if need to add BAC?

Hey Girly!

Yes, the top of the ampoule on the left snaps off.

I recommend using a pen cap or paper towel when snapping the top off the ampoule.

This way there's less chance of cutting your hand.

If you plan on using that hcg for multiple injections then you need to order some bacteriostatic water.

there are ampule poppers on amazon i think. ampule poppers exist for sure. yea yea I think it's HCG too. don't girls inject the whole thing when using HCG for weight loss? i throw those ampules out and use a clean vial+BA water. 1 CC = 1 ML = 1 unit, basically

Thx!!! I do plan on multiple injections. 2.5ml ea. Would u happen to know how much BAC water I might need. No instructions in shipment :/

A misplaced . makes a huge difference. It's .25ml I don't know how much BAC to add!!!! :/

0.25ml is volume and will vary with how much solvent you use to reconstute.

The dose you want should be in IU.

How many IU would you like to inject each time?

Only way I agreed to get for her if she promised to eat more then that 500 call diet.

So we came up with a plan and did 1200 cals.

I think it possibly could be more of a mental thing also.

I'm almost positive she would skip a meal. But consistently 1000 cals I would say.

And yes or mostly just cardio.

The reason they say no working out is cause of only eating 500 cals. They don't want u to pass out lol.

Her diet was mainly

Chicken
Seabass
Occasionally flank steak.
Crab meat

Brussles
Broccoli
Asparagus

Strawberry
Apples
