Test Deca Dbol Cycle Critique/Help

I recently posted asking what people thought about deca and it's shutdown/recovery but thought I'd make a new thread about the cycle I have in mind. The goal is to gain mass.

I'd like to know what people think of the following cycle:

Weeks 1-4: Dbol 40mg ED (280mg/week)
Weeks 1-12: Deca (400mg/week)
Weeks 1-14: Test C or E (600mg/week)
Weeks 15-16: Test P 100mg EOD (350mg/week)
Weeks 1-16: HCG (750iu/week)
Weeks 1-16: Caber 0.5mg E3D
weeks 1-16: Aromasin 6.25mg ED

PCT:
Clomid 100/100/50/50/25/25
Nolva 40/40/20/20/20/10
Aromasin 6.25/6.25/6.25/6.25

My Stats:
6'
217lbs (97kg)
Around 12% bodyfat

3 Previous cycles all with PCT

1.Test E only 400mg pw for 10 weeks
2. Test E 500mg pw for 12 weeks with Dianabol 30mg ED for first 4 weeks
3. Test E 600mg pw for 12 weeks, Deca 300mg pw for 10 weeks, Tbol 60mg ED for last 5 weeks of cycle

So the questions I have are:

1. Does the cycle layout look good to go or can it be improved?

2. Is using Aromasin for that amount of time okay or is there any studies or experience where it is bad as I can't find much information.

One thing that jumps out at me is your aromasin dosage. In my opinion, 6.25mg per day is WAY TO LOW. I would get serious water retention and gyno from your proposed cycle and that low dosage of aromasin.

I recommended starting aromasin at 12.5mg per day and then adjusting based on mid cycle blood work. No need to run aromasin during PCT. Your nolvadex and clomid will do the trick.

Aromasin was designed for breast cancer patients, and there are no studies showing its negative impacts from long term usage. I would say its my AI of choice due to being the suicide type and not effecting lipids ad drastically as other AI's.

Test/Deca/D-bol is tried and true. Layout looks good but a few suggestions;

A) No need for the prop @ the end and I'd drop your test to 450-500 mg's a week
B) Bump Vash on the AI dose
C) Start your HCG towards the end and bridge into PCT

With diet and training in line you should gain with this cycle. Keep an eye on your vitals.

Having a real hard time replying as it keeps saying post is blocked for SPAM! But thanks I chose that dosage as I always hear to start with 12.5mg EOD so I decided to do it daily as the half life is so short. On previous cycles I used 0.25mg Arimidex eod throughout and never had to bump it up.

My #1 concern is you are on your 3rd cycle and you are only 20yrs old!

cycle looks good but I would not go more than 10 weeks on deca only if you still have gains

so you have later less problems with deca dick

remember that this cycle will shut you down hard. Also if you experience depression be wary that it might not be your low test levels but instead the clomid your taking. In my personal experience clomid makes me REALLY depressed and you can still do a pct and be proper with just the nolva and aromasin.

Understand that if you do enough research on pct you'll find out there's no conclusive way on doing it.. Clomid and nolva is the one you hear most often; but people say many different things work.

I looked on your profile thats wat you put down.

There is no need for aromasin in pct. You wouldnt start pct before your test fades belows your natty level and then there is no reason to worry about conversion.
Minimalize ai use. Its bad for cholestrol.

Personally I'd swap deca for tren enth aide which have better ano oliv effects without the dropping labido, , Deca old hat these days other than for joints it's a bit limited in effectiveness , use atoms in or better letrosole anyway to be on safe side
