Steroid stacking and cycle help
Hello, I am Anil singh From the India.
I have been going gym from 3 years but cant do much.
My age is 25 nd height is 5'8" nd bodyweight is 73kgs.
I want to bulk up, but without bloating and moonface.
Please give me suggestions, your little suggestion may help me lot

I suggest you stack healthy protein, carbs and fat into every meal and eat at leat 3,000 calories a day.
Then when you plateau and stop gaining weight eat more calories.
In all seriousness you're not ready for steroids because you haven't been training for long enough and your physique has a lot of room for improvement naturally.

Everything you need to know you will find in one of the stickies, called my first cycle etc.
U may use testosterone enanthate 500 mg for 12 weeks. With Aromasin (to prevent bloating)
But then u will need a pct also. Usually 100 50 50 50 mg Clomid and 40 20 20 20 mg Nolvadex . 4 weeks, mgs each day. Because when you stop, your body needs help to start engine again.
Idealictly hcg too but not supernecessary.
Max 5 grams salt each day. Enough potassium (banana). To prevent bloating.
Also a gallion of water each day to prevent bloating.
Min 6 meals a day. 250 g protein. Try to avoid sugar and saturated fat. As much veggies as u can.
Intense training 4-5 times a week.
3-4 times cardio 30 min. To keep heart healthy.
Powders are ok but real clean food are best.
No alcohol.
If you wanna get big lift muscles, not weigths.
Its not about how many times you move the bar. Its all about contracting the targeting muscle.
Read and study as much you can about training, diett and aas. BEFORE u begin.

Thank you fpr ur advice, mu current supplement stack is - universal animal mass, 2 servings, creatine, ON gold protein. I dnt take preworkout and i lift enough
220lbs bench press
380lbs dead lift
250lbs squats
I read in a thread to go with sustanon 750mg a week + test cyponate + danabol nd arimidex to prevent bloating
And yes i never took alcohol in my life and dont smoke as well.
Nd i am more reliable on non veg
400 gms of chicken after workout
10 eggs in morning.
Rest of protein i take from universal animall mass and on gold.

Everything looks good except your cycle. Don't take all the gear you just listed. Pick one and stick with it. You don't need all that stuff. Real food would help not a reliance on supplements.
