Starting my first Test Cycle (Beginner)

Hi guys,

I'm Ruben. I have been doing weight training for 5 years. Now I'm planning to improve my body composition by incorporating some steroids. I'm plan to take Test as my starting cycle but I'm not sure which Test to use(Test E/Test C/Test P).

Also I would like your advice for the PCT and anti-estrogen medication in case of gyno side effects.

Could someone guide me on how to take and what to take? And how much Test should I used?

Is 250mg Test sufficient for minimal and steady growth?

My aim is to get lean muscle mass.

Hey Ruben, welcome to the forum!

Your first cycle should be 500mg/week of test e or c.

And anti estrogen needs to be taken the entire time on cycle up until PCT.

AIs prevent gyno and other serious problems resulting from elevated e2.

You need to have pre cycle blood work in order to make sure you're healthy enough to cycle and to compare your post cycle labs.

Is nolva sufficient enough? And how long the PCT should be done?

And HCG is not necessary right since I'm doing low dosage and tight on budget.

Pct 10 days after kast test e shot: clomid 100 50 50 50 nolva 40 20 20 20. Mk677 25 mg ed for 6-8 weeks after last shot.

You do fine without hcg but better with it.

Low on budget. Then u must be willing to eat boring and tastless food.
Aas usually is not the expensive part when cycling at our levels.

But food doesnt have to be expensive. Milk, eggs, rice, oat.

Just remember. If you dont eat healthy and enough, dont do it. Wait until u can eat what we suggest.

Read the link you were given isn't explains all.

Make sure that you don't skimp on food, if you have a tight budget hold off on your cycle until you can afford everything.

Wrong.

Tight budget and steroid usage dont belong together, if you have any problem and require medical attention, bloodwork, etc you need to have enough money, and not even mentioning what the smart guys above are saying about food.

Shutdown is shutdown, there is the same advantage in using HCG on 100mg and 1000mg testosterone.

Thank you Silabolin. Actually I've no problem on food since I'm taking good care of nutrition value.

I just dont want to waste a lot of money on AAS. Just simple stack is enough for me as you mentioned earlier.

Anyway I will take your advice and will cycle when i have enough budget.

Start with 250-500 mg test enth keep nolvadex or arimadex in duration of cycle,, eat clean protien carb diet you should be fine
