Test E cycle with gyno experience

Havent cycled for over 10 years....

Got gyno from way back that never went away. Tried everything to get rid of it. nolva / letro stand alone cycles without any luck. Ive cycled with letro and nolva previously on cycle without any new growth. Only thing is I drove my estro so low on cycle that it sucked because I was being paranoid and overdoing the letro.

About to jump back into a test E 500mg 12 week cycle. I am very sensitive to gyno and in no way want to have any new growth but I have never tried aromasin or adex before.

Given that I'm super sensitive to gyno I want to make sure I have my doses of AI right on cycle.

Should I stick with the letro / nolva again this time around to be absolutely sure or would you recommend trying out adex / aromasin in place of letro? Keep in mind I DONT want any new growth so I can take the shitty low E side effects over bigger lumps in my nipples anyday.

What is a good dose of letro / adex / aromasin to take on cycle for prevention? I will be doing 20mg of nolva ed on cycle on top of the AI as well

Imo start with 0.25mg of dex EOD then pull labs that include a sensitive e2 assay mid cycle.

Then titrate the dex dose as needed.

If you use 10-20mg of nolva or 20-30mg of raloxifene on cycle I doubt you'll have any exacerbated gyno issue.

Have you tried ralox treatment off cycle?

Never tried Ralox but Ive had it for more than 10 years at this point and if crazy letro doses didn't get rid of it then I doubt ralox would do anything now.

I may just run ralox on cycle instead of nolva but is ralox that much better than nolva?

I agree that if you've had gyno for over a decade that it's likely too late for SERM reversal.

Gyno begins in a florid stage and becomes more dense and fiberous over time.

However letro treatment is old school and has been shown in studies to not be effective at reversing gyno.

If your gyno is painful or cause you any social issues then you may want to try ralox for a few months before your blast.

Yes, ralox has been shown to be more effective at treating gyno, but if you use nolva on cycle you get the added benefit of improved cholesterol with the downside of slightly decreased igf.

I'd vote for 10mg Nolva on cycle in this circumstance. The difference between the two is not that significant, imho. Op, have you considered surgery?

Yeah surgery is the only way its ever gonna go away at this point, but its nothing terrible to be honest as long as I'm not fat.
I'm at 13% bf currently and people tell me it doesn't look as bad as I think it does in my head. It does look way worse at higher bf though.

I actually respond better to Nolva rather than Ralox... I've ran both... And just in my experience I'm sticking to nolva.

I would use a small amount of an AI like ARIMIDEX 0.25mg EOD and run that the entire cycle from day 1.

I usually find letro to be the no 1 for combating estrogen but we all have different composition I'd try running aroma sexy alongside nolvadex just one tab a day should do it
