I am soooo flat on TREN!
I am sooo flat on 400mg tren ace and 200mg tst/week.
There is not problem with glycogen depletion. There is problem with extreme loss of water from muscles and skin... Insulin does not help if the muscle is not enough water.
What helps to keep water in your muscles? It is true that Anadrol 's best?
Dbol helps a lot but I hate swollen face on it. I look like a dick.
Anadrol reportedly does not hold water in the subcutaneous tissue, but only in the muscles. Which I think is the perfect combination of trenbolone

For each gram of glycogen your muscles need to hold 4 grams of water, if the muscles are flat you need to eat more carbs and drink more water.

Already stated, but diet is your problem (nearly everyone's problem!). Don't change anything regarding your gear, yet. Get your diet consistent, and slowly make one alteration at a time until you nail down what works for your body (likely carb manipulation). This is the hardest part when trying to answer a question because noone knows your diet, consistency with it, how long you've been on it, what changes you've made in the past, etc. Filling out in this case, though, doesn't require adding more gear. In fact, Tren plus the Test should be doing you very well!
