I need some help
Hello im john, im 20 years old and before you tell me im too young please save it. I understand the risks and im willing to take the risk. But i also want to be as safe as possible so im asking for your help. I want to run a 6 week cycle of oral turinabol mostly because i heard it was pretty safe and easy to manage but ive also heard bad thinga about oral only cycles and was told to either throw test in with it (which i will not do because i think that is too much for me right now) or take a test e only cycle which i do think is a good idea but it will completely shut down my hpta instead of surpress it like tbol will. With test i will use an AI , best diet possible , and for pct i will run nolva and clomid with hcg on hand. I am 5'9 165 probably about 9-11% body fat judging on how cut my abs look. My goal is to retain about 6+ pounds of muscle and i would like to run sprints and do some cardio during cycle too. Which do you think is safer and most fit for my goals. Please serious answers only. Also if anybody has suggestions on how to be even safer while on cycle please let me know i am willing to take any supplement you recommend to keep my body as safe as possible but as far as aas go i have my kind made up to run a cycle. Oh sorry. I plan on taking 40-60 mg tbol for 6-8 weeks or 250-450ml of test e for 8-10 weeks dependig on the suggestions on dosage and how long i should run.

Bro I. Sure you will get no advice for this nonsense. I never cycled before but at age 32 I'm considering it first time for a special forces program I'm training for. Def not relying on a cycle in anyway. Never have. So I'm sure they will direct you to some sticky thread thingy that is called my first cycle. Or something. Plus one about the young and the steroids or something. But yeah. Saying please save it. ..attitude shit already. I mean come on everything you need to know is already written and you will probably get no support In your using in any way. Because if someone try's to help out whatever it is you got going on in your idea then that's encouraging you to do that. This site is to help not encourage a wrong decision. I know what you mean though if your going to do it anyways then do it right. But I've seen a few guys like you. Get told to read the threads and head the warnings.

PS. My legs are torched from doing stair sprints. Super set with One leg air squats , incline 50' lunges. Etc. legs are so sore. Sprints put on mass unlike regular jogging. I been getting some nice growth from that alone. I'm just starting to train again and have no gym pass so I'm using what I got. My mind. But yeah dude. 20 years old. Are you serious. You know that when your done with the cycle. You may ruin your natural ability to produce testosterone and be fucked for life right. And I'm saying that because when your off cycle. Just because your genetics. Do you think your body will actually. Retain all of the gains you get from steroids . Probably not. You'll go back to being 150 lbs. so which that said. You will have to be on roids the rest of your life. Dude

I didnt mean for the attiude sorry about that im just tired of hearing im too young. Yea ive read all the stickies but theres nothing as specific what im asking. I put this up in hopes of getting some type of helpful advice. I am currently playing division 1 AA football but im not where i would like to be, i train my ASS off but with the help of an aas it could push me over the edge and bring me where i would like to be sooner than i would without them and time is ticking for me if could excel any other way as quick as i could with an aas then i would but i cant so sometimes you have to take some risks to be where you want to be.

John, for a 6lb gain, at your age and with your stats that is relatively easily gained through dietary and training changes without the risk of damaging your still developing HTPA.
Please start a thread in the diet section with your current gaining diet plan and training programme and also post a pic so we can best advise you.

But you're to young so you will hear nothing but tht becsue there guys on here are responsible me don't encourage something tht will possibly do more damage then my temporary gains tht you will get. The key word is what your genetics can maintain. I hear a lot of smaller built guys say "they that want to get big like me " and no matter what amount of mass gainer etc they take their body doesn't support it. But I never cycled before so I have no clue of the possibilities from a cycle. Tht why I'm I interested actually lol
